The petitioner has taken voluntary retirement from his service on 1.12.2009.

The petitioner has deposited overdrawal amount of Rs 5,70,199/- on 25.11.2015.

After deposit of overdrawal amount, pension and other benefits were released in favour of petitioner on 5.12.2016.

Considered the submission made by the petitioner, this Court finds that there is no delay for release of gratuity and pension of the petitioner. The petitioner is not entitled to get interest on gratuity amount as well as on arrears of pension as claimed by the petitioner.

WPA 649 of 2023 is thus dismissed.
