1. The matter has come at the instance of the department for correction of the order passed in CRM (DB) 161 of 2024 on 25th April, 2024. The order, in fact, was passed in CRM (NDPS) 161 of 2024 and not in CRM (DB) 161 of 2024.

2. In view thereof, the order passed in CRM (DB) 161 of 2024 shall be transcribed in CRM (NDPS) 161 of 2024.

3. The case number, description, cause title and paragraph 6 shall be corrected accordingly.

4. The department is directed to record that CRM (NDPS) 161 of 2024 was dismissed on 25th April, 2024 instead of CRM (DB) 161 of 2024.
