Ankit Kanodia, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, after filing this writ petition certain subsequent development had happened which has also been challenged by way of a subsequent writ petition being WPA 659 of 2024.

In view of the above, he prays for leave for unconditional withdrawal of this writ petition. Mr. Dilip Kumar Agarwal, learned State counsel appears for the respondents.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 611 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the rights and contentions of

the petitioner in WPA 659 of 2024, without any order as to costs.
