as C.R.A.N.1 of 2025 in C.R.M. (DB) 176 of 2025 In Re: An application for modification/relaxation of condition of bail.

In the matter of : Debraj Pyne.

... Petitioner.

Mr. Jaydeep Kanto Bhowmik, Mr. Sayantan Bhowmik, Mr. Subham Kumar, Ms. Sayantan Das.

...for the Petitioner.

Mr. Nilay Chakraborty, Ld. A.P.P., Mr. Ujjwal Luksom, Ms. Sukanya Adhikary.

...for the State.

1.

This application has been filed for relaxation/modification of condition of bail.

2.

Mr. Bhowmik, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that the charge sheet has been filed. He further submits that the petitioner has duly complied with all the conditions stipulated in the order dated 2nd April, 2025. In view of such compliance, he prays for a waiver of the said conditions. 3.

Mr. Luksom, the learned advocate appearing for the State, concedes to the petitioner's contention that the charge sheet has been filed and that the petitioner has duly complied with the conditions imposed upon him by the order dated 2nd April, 2025.

4.

Answering my query, he submits that there is no adverse report against the petitioner.

5.

Having heard the learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties, and upon perusal of the materials on record, as well as taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet has been submitted and there is no adverse report against the petitioner, I am of the considered view that the conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioner vide order dated 2nd April, 2025, deserve to be waived. It is ordered accordingly.

6. The application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
