Ankit Kanodia, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, after filing this writ petition certain subsequent development had happened which has also been challenged by way of a subsequent writ petition being WPA 660 of 2024.

In view of the above, he prays for leave for unconditional withdrawal of this writ petition. Ms. Rima Sarkar, learned State counsel appears for the respondents.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 614 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the rights and contentions of

the petitioner in WPA 660 of 2024, without any order as to costs.
