1. By an order dated July 22, 2025, this Court had recorded that it was the second occasion when none appeared for the parties at the time of call. A last chance was accordingly given to the petitioner to move the matter, for which the matter was adjourned.

2. Even today, at the time of call, none appears for the parties.

3. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2020 is dismissed for default.

4. Consequentially, SAT No. 4 of 2019 is not admitted as time-barred.

5. There will be no order as to costs.
