2. Learned Deputy Solicitor General submits notes which is taken on record.

3. Petitioner is in custody in a case registered by Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. Though production warrant was issued to show him arrested in the present case, petitioner has not been shown arrested in this case till date.

4. In view of the fact that petitioner has not been arrested in the case we are of the view the application for bail is not maintainable and the same is rejected.
