1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 07/04/2025 in CRM (A) 207 of 2025, inter alia, on the condition that the petitioner should meet the I.O within seven days. However, he could not arrange for necessary sureties and prayed for modification of the conditions. The other conditions were relaxed, but somehow the condition to meet the I.O within the first seven days was not waived and/or modified, although it was obvious that the modification of the other conditions would be an implicit

waiver of this condition to meet the I.O within seven days. It is the further contention of the petitioner that the petitioner's name namely, Bashudev Rajbanshi has not been incorporated in the charge sheet and instead he has been referred to as Raghu Rajbashi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the State.

3. It is quite obvious that as the petitioner could not arrange for sureties in time and this was placed before this Court in his earlier application for modification, a separate order need not have been passed modifying the condition to meet the I.O within first seven days.

4. However, as the petitioner claims that he is facing difficulty in relying on this order and taking bail before the learned jurisdictional Court, the said condition to meet the I.O within the first seven days as imposed by this Court on 07/04/2025 stands waived. The other conditions shall remain the same.

5. The learned jurisdictional Court shall also take into consideration that the petitioner's contention he is Bashudev Rajbanshi who has purportedly been referred to in the charge sheet as Raghu Rajbashi.

6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the CRAN 3 of 2026 is disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
