The affidavit of service, filed in Court today, be kept on record. Both sides are represented through counsel.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite having taken a State Level Test for the post of Assistant Teacher at a primary level, the petitioner has not been called on by the respondents for verification of her candidature.

Since the petitioner has raised a legitimate grievance, it is incumbent upon the respondent no.5 to consider the candidature of the petitioner by calling upon the petitioner to produce the relevant documents for verification and thereafter to verify such documents and take a decision thereon.

Accordingly, W.P.A.420 of 2019 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.5 to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Assistant

Teacher of a primary level upon verification of the documents produced by the petitioner on a particular date, on which the respondent no.5 will call the petitioner for the purpose of such verification, upon prior notice to the petitioner. Such notice shall be issued by the respondent no.5 within a fortnight from date, giving reasonable time to the petitioner to produce the relevant documents, and the process of verification shall be completed within one month from the date of hearing the petitioner upon production of her relevant documents. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
