The learned Advocate appearing for the State files a report of the Officer-in-Charge of Kharibari Police Station, Darjeeling dated 4th of April, 2025. It appears from the said report that Kharibari PS Case no. 49 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025 under Section 329(3)/324(4)/351(3)/3(5) of BNSS has been initiated.

The concerned Investigating Officer

examined the available witnesses and also recorded their statement under Section 180 of BNSS. The notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS was also served upon the accused persons and the accused persons subsequently appeared before the Court of the learned ACJM, Siliguri and were released on bail on 12.03.2025.

The concerned Investigating Officer is directed to complete the investigation at the earliest and take all consequential steps thereupon.

With the above observations and directions WPA 657 of 2025 stands disposed of.
