1. The grievance of the petitioner directed against non-consideration of a representation dated 13 February, 2026. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that by such representation the petitioner has prayed for issuance of No Objection Certificate seeking general transfer.

2. On behalf of the State respondents, it is submitted that there is no merit in the claim for transfer and the petitioner despite being of a young age is refusing to get transferred to a school which is only 35 km. away from her present place of work.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA/589/2026 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 5 to consider and dispose of the representation

of the petitioner dated 13 February, 2026 within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all issues are left open for the respondent no. 5 to decide strictly in accordance with law.
