1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. On perusal of the statement of the victim as recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C and considering that fact that incriminating materials are found in the case diary against the petitioner for the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

4. CRM (DB) 170 of 2024 is accordingly, disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
