2. In absence of any supervening circumstances for entertaining the instant application for anticipatory bail for the second time, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. in favour the present petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
