Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Perused the case diary.

This application for bail, has been made for the second time, is canvassed on the ground that the petitioner is in custody for more than 220 days.

It appears from the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure that the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the victim and had committed offence, inter alia, under Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

The petitioner took advantage of a trusty relationship between the brother-in-law and sister-in-law. 6.

Charge-sheet has been filed and the matter is fixed before the Trial Court for framing of charge on 24th April, 2026.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Case Diary be returned.

C.R.M. (M) No. 96 of 2026 is, thus, dismissed. 10.
