Suman Sehanabis, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant revisional application and the instruction received by the learned advocate for the petitioner from her client is placed before the Court, which is taken on record.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the revisional application being C.O. 52 of 2024 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

All connected applications, if any, made in this application stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, passed in this application stands vacated.
