Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Perused the case diary.

This second application for bail is canvassed on the ground that the petitioner is in custody for more than 400 days.

It appears from the case diary that trial has commenced and victim has deposed. There are only eight witnesses cited by the prosecution in the trial. 4.

Having regard to the deposition of the victim wherefrom it appears that the applicant took photographs of the victim in a compromising position and blackmailed her. 5.

Considering the above position, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Case Diary be returned.

C.R.M. (M) No. 99 of 2026 is, thus, dismissed. 8.

It is expected that the trial is completed as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
