1. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a request for transfer.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite having sought for transfer the respondent authorities, i.e., the respondent no.3 has been unable to consider the same.

3. On behalf of the State respondents it is submitted that they have no objection to the representation being considered by the respondent no.3.

4. In view of the above, WPA/591/2026 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and the

respondent no.3 is to consider the same strictly in accordance with law.
