Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

On perusing the case diary this Court finds that there is a case and counter case between the parties and the prior case has been registered by the petitioners.

On careful consideration of the injury reports in the case diary and keeping in mind the fact that charge-sheet in the present case has already been submitted on 12.01.2023, the petitioners are granted bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of Rs.5,000/- amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Coochbehar and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973
