1. This is the third application for bail filed by the petitioner. He claims that he had a valid visa to go to Nepal and was moving in no man's land, where he was arrested.

2. It appears from the records that the petitioner had illegally entered India earlier and stayed in Kolkata. He went on a tour to Delhi and Agra and other places without a valid visa. It further appears that the presence of the petitioner at the place of arrest is completely unexplained and for no acceptable reason at all.

3. Having regard to the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application of bail.

4. Hence, CRM(M) 100 of 2026 is dismissed.
