It is submitted on behalf of the applicant/petitioner that in terms of the order passed by this Court, PPO has been issued in favour of the petitioner, but no amount has been deposited in his account as yet.

Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that the sum shall be deposited in the account of the petitioner in course of this week.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that the order has been substantially complied with. The contempt application being CPAN 16 of the 2024 is accordingly disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
