1. Service report filed by the State be kept with the records.

2. Pursuant to service, the de facto complainant is represented through learned Advocate.

3. The petitioner renews his prayer for anticipatory bail which was last rejected on September 29, 2023, in CRM (A) 686 of 2023.

4. Learned State Counsel tells me that Warrant of Arrest was issued against the petitioner on November 28, 2024.

5. In view of the aforesaid, since Warrant of Arrest has already been issued, I am not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (A) 212 of 2025 is dismissed.
