1. Affidavit of Service filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the records.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against inaction of the State respondents in complying with an order passed by the Appropriate Civil Court.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite an order of restraint dated 6 November, 2025 passed in T.S. No.709 of 2025, the appropriate police authorities are not complying with the said order.

4. On behalf of the State respondents, a Report has been filed which is taken on record whereby it is unequivocally and unconditionally asserted that the concerned police authorities have taken necessary steps in the matter and will ensure that

no untoward incident takes place at the subject premises.

5. It is also submitted on behalf of the State respondents that the private parties have both been directed to maintain peace and not to violate the order passed by the Civil Court.

6. In view of the above and the unconditional assurance given by the State police authorities, WPA/608/2026 stands disposed of by directing the concerned respondent being the respondent nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate steps to ensure compliance of the above order passed by the Civil Court.

7. The Report filed on behalf of the State authorities be kept with the records.
