Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for bail mainly emphasizing on the ground that the principal accused Biswadeep Tirkey was granted bail by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge.

It is submitted that Biswadeep Tirkey was granted bail after being in custody for 45 days.

Learned public prosecutor is present with the case diary and has brought the notice of this Court to the relevant portion relating to the petitioner in the present case. From the material in the case diary the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the present case does not permit this Court to grant anticipatory bail at this stage.
