He prays for leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh on the self same cause of action.

In the light of the submissions made by Mr. Bari, WPA 677 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh on the self same cause of action with better particulars.
