For respondent No. 2 In Re: CAN 1 of 2024 This is an application seeking a minor 03.9.2024 (Item No. 29) (AB) modification in the order dated April 4, 2024 passed by this Court. Under the said order the respondent No. 3 was directed to consider the case of the petitioner.

Both Ms. Supriya Singh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Bikramaditya Ghosh, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 in consensus submit that, it is the President of the respondent No. 2 who is the appropriate jurisdictional authority to consider the case of the petitioner. Accordingly, in place and stead of the expression respondent No. 3 used in the said order dated April 4, 2024, the expression should be read and understood as the President of the respondent No. 2 who shall

consider the case of the petitioner in the manner and mode as directed in the last order dated April 4, 2024 with another modification that the time period fixed in the said order dated April 4, 2024 shall remain same but shall reckon from today.

With the above modification this application being CAN 1 of 2024 stand disposed of.
