This matter was mentioned by Ms. Singh, learned advocate representing the National Highway Authority of India for correction of a typographical error in the order dated 4th April, 2025. She submits that this Court directed the Project Director, National Highway Authority to consider the application of the petitioner dated December 26, 2024 but the direction ought to have been passed upon the Special Land Acquisition Officer and Competent Authority, Land Acquisition Department, Jalpaiguri.

Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner opposes such submission of Ms. Singh.

He submits that the Special Land Acquisition Officer and Competent Authority after considering the matter has forwarded the representation of the petitioner to the Project Direction, National Highway Authority of India. After hearing the learned advocates for the respective parties, this Court finds that there is no error in the order dated 4th April, 2025.
