1. Affidavit of Service filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the records.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation for transfer dated 27th January, 2026.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding receipt of such representation the respondent authorities have taken no steps in the matter.

4. On behalf of the State respondents it is submitted that by an order dated 9 March, 2026 an earlier request for transfer had been rejected primarily on the ground that the recruitment process had been stalled. Nevertheless, the respondents have no

objection in considering the request for representation afresh.

5. In such circumstances, WPA/618/2026 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.4 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 27 January, 2026 in accordance with law. It is made clear that the above exercise would be completed within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

6. It is also made clear that there been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all questions remain open for the respondent no.4 to be adjudicated upon strictly in accordance with law.
