1. The police case is dated January 5, 2019.

2. Petitioner applied for anticipatory bail before the jurisdictional Court which was rejected on June 24, 2024. Thereafter, the present petition was filed before this Court on March 27, 2025.

3. Materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner is guilty of penetrative assault on a minor.

4. In view of the long absconsion of the petitioner and the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. CRM (A) 218 of 2025 is dismissed.
