Rudra, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that since upon completion of investigation chargesheet has been submitted subsequent to rejection of the petitioner's earlier prayer for anticipatory bail on 25th February, 2021, there has a change in the circumstances and the petitioner may be granted anticipatory bail.
Mr. Acharjee, learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the petitioner's prayer and draws our attention to several documents in the case diary.
We have heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the contents of the chargesheet as submitted.
It appears that there had been no substantial change in the circumstances of the case subsequent to rejection of the petitioner's earlier prayer for anticipatory bail on 25th February, 2021.
In view thereof, the application for anticipatory bail CRM (A) 211 of 2022 is dismissed.
