1. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the refusal of the respondent GTA in paying his notional benefits.

2. On behalf of the State respondents it is submitted that they have no objection if the representation dated 17 June, 2025 is considered in accordance with law.

3. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA/628/2026 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.5 being the Executive Director, Education Department GTA to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

4. It is made clear that the above exercise is to be completed within a period of 8 (eight) weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. It is also made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and the respondent no.5 is not bound by any finding in this order.
