Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the present application for bail has become infructuous as because the petitioner, namely Jharna Bibi @ Jharna Khatun, in the meantime has obtained statutory bail. A declaration to that effect has been furnished before this Court and the same is taken on record.

In these circumstances, the application for bail of the petitioner is dismissed as infructuous.
