Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate for the petitioner, has pointed out that the instant revisional application arises from an order passed in a motor accident claim case and, hence, should have been registered as a "C.O."; however, it was inadvertently registered as CRR 147 of 2026. In such conspectus, he seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action. I do not find any impediment in granting the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application, registered as CRR 147 of 2026, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

Leave is granted to take back the original certified copy of the order the document (s), if any, appended to this application, subject to deposition of photocopies thereof.
