1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

2. There is no appearance on behalf of the de facto complainant.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the victim in this case died.

4. The present case arises out of Kumargram Police Station Case No. 58 of 2020 under Sections 376AB/302/212 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Section 06 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

5. The victim in this case was aged only 9 years and the petitioner in this case is a married person aged about 27 years.

6. Considering the nature of the offences alleged and the fact that charge sheet has already been filed in

this case and the trial is under process the prayer for bail stands rejected.

7. CRM(DB) 204 of 2025 stands disposed of.

8. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all necessary legal formalities.
