The present case is dated 11.04.2021, charge-sheet has been filed on 09.01.2023 against 25 accused persons. At present, the investigation in this case is completed.

Considering the multiple number of accused persons and the materials on record and the fact that investigation in this case has been completed this case does not require custodial trial. Accordingly, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. We direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of Rs.2,500/- amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned
