Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for anticipatory bail of the present petitioner Dulal Hussain on the ground that coaccused has been granted bail by this Court in CRM (NDPS) 243 of 2023. It is further submitted that the name of the present petitioner has transpired from the statements of the co-accused, who has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 04.04.2023. Considering all these materials, we find that the accused Md. Mansur Ansari @ Mansoor was granted bail on completely separate ground and other relevant provisions of law. The present prayer of the petitioner is for anticipatory bail in a case where 21.500 kgs ganja has been seized. Charge-sheet in the present case has already submitted,
