This matter has been placed in the list at the instance of the petitioners since certain typographical errors have crept in the order dated 21st April, 2026. In the fifth paragraph of the second page of the order, the provision has been erroneously mentioned as 'Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.' in place and instead of Section 482(2) of the BNS'.

The office is directed to make necessary correction in the order.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
