On perusal the entire materials placed before this Court, we find that in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the victim lady has made serious allegations as against the present accused petitioner. Considering the seriousness of the allegations as levelled against the petitioner by the victim, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM (A) 310 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.
