1. Petitioner has approached this court seeking cancellation of prearrest bail granted to opposite party no.2. It is contended opposite party no.2 had threatened her.

2. However, no complaint was lodged before the jurisdictional police station. There is no averment in the petition with regard to the date and time on which threat was held out by the opposite party no.2.

3. In the light of such vague allegations, we do not consider it prudent to entertain the application and cancel the pre-arrest bail granted to opposite party no.2.
