1. Petitioner has approached this court seeking cancellation of prearrest bail granted to opposite party no.2. It is contended opposite party no.2 had threatened him and a separate criminal case had been registered.

2. As the anticipatory bail was granted by the Sessions Judge, it is open to the petitioner to agitate his grievance before the said court which granted relief.
