Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that a vacancy will be created on May 31, 2026.

It will be open for the petitioner to make fresh application seeking transfer.

It does not appear that there has been any intentional or deliberate violation of the order passed by the Court. The contempt application stands disposed of.
