The matter has been placed in the list at the instance of Mr. Chakraborty. Mr. Chakraborty has rightly pointed out that on 27th April, 2026, when the matter was taken up for hearing, he represented the State along with Mr. Das, however erroneously his name has not been recorded in the cause title of this order.

In view thereof, let the name of Mr. Chakraborty along with Mr. Das be recorded in the cause title of the order dated 27th April 2026.

Department is directed to make necessary correction in the order.
