1. The application for bail is canvassed on the ground that the charge-sheet has been filed and the other co-accused persons are already on bail.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the victim has recorded the statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., which is also been videographed, naming the petitioners as the persons, who instigated her to consume poison.

3. Having regard to the above and considering the fact, this Court is of the view that the application for bail cannot be entertained at this stage.

4. Hence, CRM(M) 105 of 2026 is dismissed.
