For the State The first two petitioners are the minor children 04.4.2024 (Item No. 54) (AB) and the third petitioner is the father. The father being the natural guardian has filed this writ petition claiming Scheduled Castes Certificates for the two minor children.

Mr. Atindra Chowdhury, learned counsel appears for the petitioners.

Mr. Hirak Barman, learned State counsel appears for the respondents.

When the writ petition is taken up for consideration the learned State counsel submits that, the Scheduled Caste certificates have been already issued by the jurisdictional authority in favour of the minor children after filing this writ petition. Copies of such certificates made over to this Court by the learned State counsel are kept on record. Copies have also been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 658 of 2024 stands disposed of without any order as to costs.

However, the father of the two minor children i.e. petitioner No. 3 shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law in respect of the claim made for himself with regard to issuance of digital number for his Scheduled Caste Certificate before the appropriate authority.

Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
