Mr. Rajdeep Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner via video conferencing, places on record a copy of Order No. 8 dated May 12, 2026, passed in Title Suit (T.S.) No. 03 of 2026. The said document, is formally taken on record.

Learned counsel submits that, in view of the subsequent developments and the passing of the aforementioned order by the learned Trial Court, the present revisional application has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the petitioner does not wish to proceed further and prays for dismissal as non-prosecution.

Records indicate that this revisional application was preferred challenging Order No. 6 dated April 9, 2026, whereby an interim order of injunction was extended until April 29, 2026. The said interim protection was subsequently extended by Ld. Trial Court from time to time until May 12, 2026.

In view of the submissions made and the prayer for dismissal as not pressed, theC.O. 57 of 2026 is hereby dismissed accordingly.

All interim orders or directions passed in connection with this application, if any, stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
