The State respondents are represented and submits that they have no objection if the respondent no.6 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid, the respondent no.6 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 24th October, 2019 in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the controversy and all issues are left open to be decided by the respondent no.6 after giving right of hearing to all the parties.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition being WPA 901 of 2022 stands disposed of.
