1. Heard.

2. Admittedly, the death of the deceased is suicidal in nature.

3. From the materials placed before us, we find some incriminating material as against the present petitioner, who are the parents in law of the deceased. Investigation is complete in the meantime and, therefore, custodial interrogation of the present accused petitioners are no more necessary.

4. In view of such, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present accused petitioners.

5. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz. Binodini Roy and Ramesh Roy shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.5,000/- each, with two registered sureties of like amount each, and the petitioners shall appear before the learned Trial Court on each and every date of hearing. It is further directed that the present accused petitioners shall appear

before the learned Trial Court within a fortnight from the date of passing of this order.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed.

8. CRM (A) 311 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.

9. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
