1. Service report filed by the State be kept with the records.

2. In spite of service, nobody appears for the de facto complainant/victim.

3. The petitioner says that he has been falsely implicated. There was an affair between him and the victim girl. He prays for pre-arrest bail.

4. I have seen the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 183 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. She squarely implicated this petitioner. She was 13 years of age at the time of the alleged incident.

5. In view of the gravity and nature of the alleged crime and the petitioner's prima facie complicity therein and also keeping in mind that investigation is in progress and charge-sheet is yet to be filed, I am not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (A) 232 of 2025 is dismissed.
