The petitioner says that he has been falsely implicated. Other three accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail. He stands on the same footing. He will cooperate with the police.

Opposing the prayer for anticipatory bail, learned State Counsel says that this petitioner has several criminal antecedents. Six other cases are pending against him involving similar nature of offence. He is in the habit of forging deeds and selling off land belonging to tribals. Learned Advocate shows us orders of Coordinate Benches whereby this petitioner's prayer for

anticipatory bail in similar kind of cases has been rejected.

I also find that Section 111 of B.N.S. 2023 has been added in this case. That is a charge of organized crime. 4.

In view of the nature and gravity of the alleged offence and considering that the petitioner is a habitual offender, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

The prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected. 6.

CRM (A) 239 of 2025 is dismissed.
