Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 1st July, 2025. He further submits that the said accused petitioner had not been intimated as regards to his grounds for being arrested. Banking upon the same, learned counsel prays for bail.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail and places the ground of arrest which is in the case diary. 3.

On going through the case diary, specifically the ground of arrest, it reveals that the said accused petitioner had been informed and seized substance being of commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is thus rejected.

The case diary is returned to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor in Court today.
