1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. We do not find any changed circumstance in the instant application as the earlier application for bail was rejected by a coordinate bench on 15th March, 2024.

3. In view of such, we do not find any reason to allow this application for bail at this stage.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

5. CRM (NDPS) 188 of 2024 is accordingly, disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
